Background
I have been a cyclist for many years, a mechanic for most of them. I have worked in the cycling industry almost 20 years and have seen many technologies come and go. My passion for this sport started in my hometown bike shop: Oshkosh Cyclery. When I moved to the Twin Cities, I continued my career at Penn Cycle. It was there that my passion for race support began. During my 10 years at Penn, I worked as team mechanic for numerous 24 hour and weekend races. I was also on the road most of the summer providing support for various charity rides and cycling tours throughout Minnesota.
I am a USA Cycling certified mechanic attending a week long seminar and classes at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado. I have had many accomplishments in the cycling industry, and am a respected member of the cycling community.
